Often praised as the best water park in New England, Water Country is one of the largest and oldest water-only amusement parks in the area. It’s family friendly atmosphere offers something for everyone both young and old. Unlike other smaller water parks, Water Country offers enough attractions to spend an entire action-packed day at the park. There is so much to explore! For the little ones, the Captain Kid’s Island is a interactive playground that won’t disappoint. The water park has a good mix of high thrill water rides and children friendly play areas. Another thing we love about Splash Away Bay Water Park is that it is adjacent to Lake Quassapaug (Quassy Beach) where families can enjoy a relaxing day.
